Guest Authentication from different VLAN

Hello

I have guest wireless network with open authentication on different VLAN

When  I connect to the Guest SSID I am getting DHCP IP address from my firewall but the browser not redirecting to guest pass authentication page.

Please help me to solve the issue

I am Using Ruckus ZD 3050

Software version 9.6.2.0 build 13

Controller IP series  10.116.0.1/24

Guest user  IP series 10.100.0.1/24

Just a thought... Under configure>guest access perhaps you need to add in an allow rule for your controller IP address.  ex. 10.116.0.1/32
