Check the setting of your browser set the location correct and then try to connect the proxy if rather than it creat problem try o connect with Firefox Support and get the well define solutions from them.

my platform is notebook with os windows, version 10. if  I use my proxy on web browser the captive portal does not open ( redirect to msftconnecttest.com/redirect) if I not use proxy on browser the page of captive portal open correctly.
