Unable to register the product - Ruckus R610 Unleashed

I recently brought a Ruckus R610 Unleashed. When I try to register the product, it is asking for SPA code? Where to find the SPA Code? 

And also when I skip activate and try clicking register now.

"Serial number is not valid for registration."

It is a brand new one. Need help

Depends on where you got the Ruckus AP, if you got it at a authorized dealer, they should be able to register it. If you, got it from a non-authorized dealer such as resellers on amazon, eBay etc you won’t get any warranty,
