is there anyway to have a previous records of guest pass?

i noticed that generated guest pass will show under monitor page, but what about those previous records? Is there anyway I can download this record to external log system?

Did you ever find an answer to this? I too would like to know if I could keep say a months worth of records for guest passes created.
