Are SFPs hot swappable in the SZ-124?

We're planning to upgrade our 1Gig SFP connection to a 10Gig SFP+ and trying to assess how much downtime to expect. Is there a standard procedure for this? Is a shutdown-swap-power up required?

Our 10G SFP+, 902-0190-0000 is hot swappable, so you do not need to shutdown SZ.
