All I can say is that the system is Ruckus ZoneDirecktor and also there is a syrian number

Hi Roman,
Unfortunately I cannot help without the model type of your ZoneDirector, as many of the earlier models are end of sale and most likely it will not be possible to purchase support on these models.
EoS models include: ZD1000, ZD1100, ZD3000, ZD5000.
