FORTIGATE: Configuration to Access Guest Portal on Ruckus Cloud

Question

We need to configure a Fortigate to allow Guest WiFi users to access the Guest Portal on the Ruckus Cloud via VLAN 3000.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Yes Ruckus Technical support is included with Ruckus cloud license.

Ruckus support is included with your Ruckus Cloud subscription.

I would recommend contacting Ruckus support directly and raising a ticket to investigate whether this is possible with Ruckus Cloud.  https://support.ruckuswireless.com/
