Why don't Ch13 choose in Flexmaster template?

Why don't choose it?

Hello

Does korea allow channel 13?

If it does then its a bug:

contact support and inform them about the bug or...
If running old version of FM, check and read release notes, if it fixed, upgrade to higher version of FM
