Zone Director Alarm Message Customization

Is it possible to customize the actual email that is sent when an alarm is triggered? The reason I ask is because of the way we assign device names, there is no good way to know its physical location without referring to the admin page. The emails now currently give you the device name but do not include the description or location field. I would like to add those field to the emails that would apply. Any options for this or should I rethink my device name scheme?
