ZD1100 upgrade problem: insufficient memory

My ZD1100 is running 9.8.0.0 build 373.
I have been trying to upgrade it to 9.8.2.0.15 and it always fails on "insufficient memory" error.
I followed KB article 1689 without success.

I've tried Firefox 45.9 ESR and Internet Explorer 8 without success.

i don't remember what versions i tried and wich version was working.
but i'm sure i was managing it with another browser.
may be also try with a different OS.

Use Chrome. When I had a ZD1100, I always had to use Chrome for firmware upgrades.
