I want to accept some Ipads, I tried via L2 policy and put the MAC Address of the device but it doesn't work. Any solution?

Since the iPad is iOS, then while you block iOS, no iPad, Apple TV etc will ever join that SSID.The solution is to create another SSID where you only allow the MAC addresses you want, but not block any OS.
