Application Visibility Zone Director 3050 with R710 running 9.13.3.0 build 133

Our application visibility does not work. We have R710 on Zone Director 3050 running 9.13.3.0 build 133. We have both Application visibility turned on for each SSID and client fingerprinting yet nothing ever shows. The vendor that installed this has been working with Ruckus for a couple of weeks without resolution. Any suggestions?
