Hi Bino,
Were you able to create a domain in SZ100 earlier ? If yes, could you please share me the firmware number.

It looks like you're running a SZ100. The SZ100, SZ144, and vSZ-E do not support multiple domains. However, you can create multiple zones and within each zone you can create multiple groups. Multiple domains are supported only on vSZ-H and SZ300.
