Ruckus ZD1100, Guest Access Unable to redirect to a Captive Portal.

Question

Hi, I have Ruckus ZD1100 with version 9.9.1.0 build 31.
I have created a guest service and guest vlan. 
While connecting to guest wlan, when I type somethng on URL, My URL not redirecting to Guest Portal.
The setting is " Redirect to the URL that the user intends to visit. "

Hello, and what happen when you try to access to an URL? This VLAN have Internet access right now?
