what are options can be configured to download cloudpath application if i m enrolling an android device.

Israr, you will need to allow installers/cloudpath to be allowable for download to enroll android device. Same with iOS devices too.
It needs right entries in the walled garden list during 'Cloudpath' type Network configuration.
