May I know did R310 unleashed support iphone 11 Pro?
We’ve tried and it just won’t connect to the AP. For other iPhone users, they don’t have a problem. Thanks

Please try to configure a Open Wlan without any password and check, if it connects then try with passphrase if doesn't connect I recommend you to open a case with support they would be able to enable debugs and collect packet capture to understand what's happening.
