How join a new cluster vSCG with another new cluster vSCG?

It's not "existing join cluster".

If same cluster name, is it possible?

You need to factory set the unit you want to join to the other unit and re-configure it to join the cluster you want it to join.  At the moment there is option to have two clusters merge due to potential conflicts on configuration and mode of operation amongst many other issues that could occur due to the different setups of the clusters.
