How to fix Ruckus Zoneflex AP 7962 Login Issue

I am trying to access the administrator login, however, the login page doesn't redirect to admin control panel even if I am using the correct login credentials, I have tried to clear internet history/ cache files of all my browsers and PC restart but still, the issue persists and when I try to access 192.168.40.2/index.asp it is showing the administrator page but there are no controls/options. Please help.

It sounds like the AP was previously managed by a controller. If so, perform a hard reset (press and hold the reset button 8+ seconds). When the AP reboots you can connect to its DHCP address, or put a static IP on your laptop, direct cable to the AP, browse to 192.168.0.1, and login with super sp-admin.
