Unleashed T300 displaying Island.xxxxxx unable to recover

Question

We have a unleashed T300 that's dispalying Island.xxxxx however the ssid has a security key as well, we have done a factory reset, but not been able to recover it. We have looked at most of the KB posts but we have had no luck, would appreciate any help.

Hello, I think you see island ssid for recovery, but were you using this Unleashed AP in Mesh mode?

I'm afraid if you have done a factory default, you might need to re-connect it to your Unleashed LAN
in order to be recognized and reconfigured again, before you take it off and use it in Mesh mode again.

Hi Shez,

When you connect to Island SSID, usually you should use password "ruckus-".
