How to limit the number of devices that can authenticate users with one "Guest
Pass" ?

I have to implement a wireless network scheme in which users can use 2 devices (Laptop and Tablet) but using a single Guest Pass or User (Local Database)

How can I limit the number of devices that can be authenticated with one guest pass or user ?

Is this possible?

I don't think there is this feature. I've checked the CLI and the only commands I found were to either allow or disallow the use of the same guest pass key amongst users.
