It's up (at least for me now) but does require a login (it was deployed before I got here and is on my long list of things to re-design..). So login to the support site (not just here) first and then you should be able to use it.

It does have a bug whereby it's not displaying summary correctly but you should be able to dig into the details of the debug file regardless. It *may* fail if your debug contains core files.
