Upgrading ZD1100 from 9.3.2

How to proceed for upgrading ZD1100 from 9.3.2  to 9.8.2.

Proceeding and upgrade path is in Release Note document available for every release. And it makes sense to upgrade to 9.9 or 9.10 -- one of the latest versions.

Hi Hemant,

The upgrade path is as follows:

9.3.2 >> 9.4.2.0.9 >> 9.5.2.0.15 >> 9.6.2.0.13 >> 9.7.2.0.9 >> 9.8.2.0.24

All the Image files can be downloaded from the Support site.

Things to do:

- Take Back up of Config at each upgrade step.
- Upgrade using Google Chrome or Firefox.
- Disable Real Time Monitoring if it is enabled. You can disable it from ZD UI, Monitor :: Real Time Monitoring.
