vSZ ZD migration tool fails

Hello, i have a problem with the ZD migration tool on vSZ Essentials 5.1.1.3.1120 and ZD 3000 10.2.0.0 build 189. vSZ ZD migration tools can connect to ZD, i can select APs and then the following error message appears. "Create zone failed, can`t migrate ZoneDirector zone".
Firmware versions are both supported for ZD migration tools, newest sigpack is installed, vSZ, ZD and APs to migrate are in the same subnet without any security device in between.
Strange behavior, this did already worked in the past. We did an firmware upgrade to 5.2 in between but now downgraded to previous version.
Did somebody have had the same issues?
