Was there a reason they skipped the new firmware for the R310?

I noticed my other APs have a firmware download of 8.10.3.243 but the R310 got left behind with 7.10.202.94

Hi,R310 is no longer supported on the Unleashed version 200.8.10.3.243.Below information is mentioned on the release notes."Remove Wave 1 AP Support
802.11ac Wave 1 APs are no longer supported.
