Help With restriction

Hi can someone please help

I need to restrict when my disabled son goes on the internet is there a way I can do this on the 7363 via Ethernet ?

Sorry I kent to say it's more for his Xbox I don't want him going on it at 3am .... He's got access to AP  for iPad but want to restrict Xbox which is hard wired and iPad is wifi !
