Scripting a Custom Captive Portal?

Is there a way to bypass the redirect_to_target javascript delays created by the ZoneDirector when a user is signing on with a custom page? There's a 1 second delay on a completely blank page before the user is redirected to the login token page /login?cid=cid=Xig6RMnRTh&username=taco and a 3 second delay before redirection to other pages.

CORS policy from the ZoneDirector won't cooperate unless I'm missing something
