How to limit the number of devices per login credentials (local dataBase)?

Question

is there any way to limit devices per username? I am using local database authentication, all users can connect to wifi network with their credentials, but if a user shares username/pass, they can simultaneously access the internet.

We cannot prevent local DB users from sharing the same uid/pw on a second connection...
