Want to update ZD1200 but need premium access. how do i go about this?

When i try download the updated software, I get a message saying its for premium users. How to i get a premium account? Our AP's and ZD are registered on a different account held with the installers. would i use those details.

You will need an account at the support site, and a valid support contract for the device

Hi and thanks for the response. Just to clarify, If I create a account on the ruckus site, it’s not enough to
download the firmware? I need an account linked to the Hardware.

Hi Keith,

Yes, Best to contact the person that installed them, as they might have the contract to the ZD1200.
