Restricting end user on the data usage

Is Ruckus able to restrict the end user the data usage just like mobile phone is able to limit the data usage?

Indeed. I've found the #1 contributor to high data usage is adaptive-bitrate-streaming online video. Limiting video (or just everything) to a few mbit will dramatically cut down on the ways that the average customer is going to use a lot of data.

Of course, having an actual traffic shaping / accounting gateway solution would give a lot more flexibility and power, but sometimes the simple solutions are good enough.

There are minor tweaks you can apply: bandwidth restriction and scheduling WLAN availability.

Might be useful in some scenarios but they are not ways to monitor or set data limits.
