vSCG v 3.0.4.0.667 Carrier Upgrade problem

Question

Hi, everyone.

I try to patch vSCG from 3.0.4.0.667 to 3.1.1.0.450. And I catch the error

I took the image from https://support.ruckuswireless.com/software/777-vsz-3-1-1-mr-refresh-software-release-ximg-image

I try to upload with Mac OS 10.10.4 Firefox/Chrome/Safari

Trying to patch to 3.1.1.0.422 has the same result.

Any suggestion?

Hi Paddy,

We have  the commands already available in the CLI guide of the vSCG. You can find this in the support site under vSCG documents.

Is there a process docuement available to carry out this upgrade? I thought it should be one in the Administration tab of the vSCG?  If it should be done using CLI then this should be communicated.

This is resolved. Upgraded vSCG via CLI.
