Deauth packets coming from SSID

Question

Hi All,

We are having SCG200 Controller running version 3.5.1.0.862. Our neighbors told us that they have detected numerous deauth packets from our SSID, which is affecting their clients. As a result, we want to disable the Protection feature as we used to on ZDs. However, we could not find it. Please advise.

it must be somewhere close to... something like "rogue access points" then somewhat like "Protect the network from malicious rogue access points."...
i don't have access to a SCG200 but i guess it's quite similar naming.
if deauth is working at all, then you should also be able to untik a checkbox somewhere.

I am wondering where it is on SCG200 version 3.5.1.0.862 as that is the one which I could not find it.

as far i know..
in zd1100 zd1200 it is under WIPS (Wireless Intrusion Detection and Prevention System)
untik the "Protect the network from malicious rogue access points."
