I can not login in login page of ruckus R310 when I change firmware from unleashed to standalone by default username and password (user: super pw: sp-admin). I was reseted the AP R310 many times. Please help me !

Try isolating just your PC (with hard-coded 192.168.0.10 address) and AP (default 192.168.0.1 address).
Boot AP and let it come up for 2 minutes, before pressing the Factory Default (indented pin) for 8 seconds.

Test by running ping to 192.168.0.1 until it has answered for a minute at least, and then are you able to get 
WebUI to take the super/sp-admin default password?
