Lennar home with ICX switch and 3) R510 WAPS - 2 of which won't come online

As a complete neophyte, I reached the end of my problems solving very quickly. New Lennar home with ICX switch and R510 WAPS - 3 total - 1 on each level of home. All seemed to configure OK but the 2 Non-Master WAPs won't come on line. I have unplugged from switch several times - after leaving alone for hours and they both, most recently, have been flashing fast green on the CTL light - indicating "Receiving configuration or image upgrade. Looking at the Unleashed mobile APP Master Ap broadcasting as expected. Other 2) R510 showing office althought they display serial number and MAC address....... Thoughts ?

Hi Richard,

Try to login Unleashed master from a laptop and perform below things.

• Check the status on the GUI for other two APs.
• SSH into the Master AP using putty application or any other terminal application.
• From the master AP command prompt, try to ping other two APs and see if you are able to ping them.
• If both the APs are reachable from master. SSH into the both the APs and run below commands.

get version
get director
ger countrycode

Also confirm the Unleashed version on Master AP.
