Cannot Access Ruckus ZD1100 WebGui

When I tried to access the ruckus controller it say's http://ruckusIPAdress/_.html,

before it goes directly to http://ruckusIPAddress/admin/login.jsp.

I don't know what is the exact problem, I hope someone can share a possible solution.
