Problems with Hotspot and mobile

Hello! I am facing problems with Hotspot. Everything is set up and working when access is done from a computer, when access is made from the same cell does not work. Connect the network however is not directed to the login page.

Hello, Even after reviewing all the settings the problem continues. What I noticed was that the problem happens with some versions of the Android operating system. The test results were negative in version 2.3.

The version of zd is 9.7.1.0 build 30.

Hi Marcos,

You haven't really given us enough information to work with. From what you have said, the issue is most likely with the way the cell phones are provisioned.  I would recommend that you open a case with our technical support team.
