AP Does Not Connect to a Controller

Question

I cant make the Ruckus AP 7762 with a Controller Zone Director 1100. I have others AP in production, with same configuration.

on the controller, when AP fails to join, it will publish error message or log on the failure reasons...
it would be a good starting point 
firmware version on the AP does not matter if controller running firmware 8.1 to  9.8.3 will upgrade/downgrade the AP to version which will work with controller..

ZoneFlex 7762 model outdoor APs are supported on ZD firmware 8.1 to 9.8.3, but not on 9.9 and later.

Please login to the AP and provide us the version that is running on the AP.

Then we can check further.
