Have 2 SZ-100's that are on individual clusters and need to combine into one
cluster. How do?

Hi all.

Question is basically in the title. I have two SZ-100's that were configured individually (for testing) and are leaders in their own clusters. I can't find any documentation on how to switch one off of its cluster and join the other, so is it at all possible? Or do I have to reset it in order to work?

I am having a little trouble after resetting the smartzone. After I reset it and it goes into setup mode, the light blinks red, and does it fast, but after a minute or two, it doesn't go solid green. It goes into a slow blinking and still red. Any ideas? Can't seem to find any info online.Thanks.

Hi Hailey,you need to factory reset the unit, then do the setup again and join the unit to the existing cluster.Regards.David.
