Is there a way to insert a new vSZ ACL policy without using the up arrows?

Question

We've got roughly 50 policies in place on nine domains/zones & occasionally need to add more. Adding a new user traffic access control rule creates a new rule as the last item. Using the GUI to click on the new rule and moving it up past blocks etc. is cumbersome -click on policy, scroll up, click up arrow, scroll down, click on rule, scroll up, click up arrow... 
Is there a way to insert the rule in the relevant place without going through this process?

I would be interested in this as well, since we also have around ~40 rules.
