My SpeedFlex App on Android (version 2.0.6.2) is unable to establish connection with APs or Zonedirector. Any suggestions?

My friend lost his chinstrap screw and I had a kit like this I ordered from riddell over the phone with a chinstrap but a couple weeks later he somehow found the chinstrap screw by accident
