Friends, I need to configure remote access to the client's ZD via external network, however, I'm having difficulties in this configuration, can you help me?

Scenario:

Link /29>> Load Balance (IP local) >> SW >> WLC (IP local)

The WLC is configured with local IP (192.168.120.10), however, I wanted to configure an IP in the management interface for remote access, I can ping pro IP, but I can not access it, what should be happening?
