Do you know where to find a table with maximum allowed power in 5 Ghz band for each country/region?Thanks.

We don't have one, and they are controlled country by country (and sometimes change) - this Wikipedia article has several references for different countries - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_WLAN_channels but it will take some research.
