Zone Director and Unleashed Model SSL cert question

Question

Everything on my guest portal on both Zone Director with R500 / Unleashed R500 is fine when using the DEFAULT Ruckus certificate.

However, When I install the cert (with generate CSR from itself / using DigiCertUtil), both having issue that the onboarding page CANNOT be load successfully.

For ZD3000, I tried from 9.9 to 9.13
For Unleashed model, I tried the latest firmware

Is this only me having issue on this?

Or

Ruckus not supporting Godaddy certificate?

I tried lots of different way, when I didn't import the certificate, everything is NORMAL.

But when the cert was imported (cert, key + intermediate cert) everything for the GUEST PORTAL is not working!!!
