zone flex 7363 event

Question

my zone director get an event from this AP  that severe is medium called

configuration request update failed    .... then the it said rest due to out syncing

i couldn't  find explanation for the first one as i got complain about this access point that  its not stable  it had the latest firmware controlled by zone director i tried to factory rest the AP but still having the same event notification so if any one have an idea about this ...

You have to upgrade the ZD, the ZD will upgrade the AP.  Upgrading the AP, and re-connecting it back to ZD will result in the AP downgrading back to the same code as the ZD.

so i downloaded this for the AP  what about the zone director ?

and im having some isssue to activate support i got SPA code when i submit its said Code is valid, however you are not allow to register this SPA code ??

still will try this firmware on the AP tomorrow

Without more detail, it sounds familiar.  What version of code are you running, there was a fix to a similar symptom in the 9.7.2.0.9.

If you are not running that that version give it a try.  If you are running that code and are still getting the out of sync error, grab an AP supportinfo and open a support ticket.
