Zone Director

Question

Hello All,

We have the Ruckus system here at our place and the former IT company we used left and I can not get them to answer my question on what is the user name and password to login to the Zone Director.

Question is there a way to log in to our system without the username and password? I know this is a long shot and I really do not want to reset everything (if that is an option) and start over.

I did try the Factory default but no luck.

I am afraid that is what we need to do.

As far as I'm aware you have to factory reset the zone director and start over.

Have you tried the default username and password? It's possible they never changed it if it's running firmware that doesn't require a new password upon setup.

Factory default:

super

sp-admin

Default from  an Access Networks distribution:

admin

access*21

I can't remember but the admin and or access might be capitalized
