Hi,why this feature on site is not working true!inside the downloded file wrote " Table './sfdc_dbsync_prod/entitlement_info_collect' is marked as crashed and should be repaired "

Hi,I have a zd1200 and you can check the "support service missing or expire" link in support.ruckuswireless.com, downloaded file  was not correct !!

I checked the file with notepad and saw the error message inside the file.

I don't understand the question.  What kind of device do you have?  Where are you downloading a file from?
