Just to add, the command depends upon the type of system. For Ruckus Zone Directors,
command will be #show sysinfo

Hi Hashith,You can login to the CLI or console with the admin user and type "show version" this will show the serial number of that controller, if you have multiple check each controller.On the AP's you will need an AP license to have AP's connecting to the controller.Best is that you contact your Ruckus sales person or Ruckus partner they can explain that to you in detail.RegardsMartin
