MSP Ruckus Cloud

Question

Hi Ruckus cloud.... I have two questions if I may? Firstly is there any way of setting a service schedule for the wireless networks at all, especially one you have created for guest access? Secondly we done our first MSP deployment yesterday and I was unable to use pass through on the APs. These being the  r550 Any help on both matters would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Dave, to schedule a SSID, you need go the Venue where you want to introduce the schedule. Click on a Venue, then head to the "networks" tab, and you will see the clock icon against the SSIDs.

Click-through SSIDs should have no issues - do have a chat with Support if you are running into any issues.
