Map View Not Working. Firmware 9.6.1.0 build 15 with Java 7

Question

Just installed new Ruckus System and I cannot get the map view function to work.  I have the listed firmware and java version above.  Any help would be appreciated.

Thank You Very Much!!  I'll give it a shot.  I'm not a tech guy but installed this system for my campground to replace a severely inferior wifi system.

Have you added the ZD's IP to Java's security exceptions list?

click on Start>Control Panel>Java

In the Java Control Panel, click on Security and "Edit Site List" and add the ZD's IP something like this:
