SOC, second radio, switch manufacturer — how could I get info about it?

Hello.
Is there any way to know what is the manufacturer and model name of SOC, radio and onboard switch( for example, AR17XX for SOC, AR9102 for second radio, Realtek RTL8366RB for onboard switch) for T300e, R300 and R500?
