Mesh APs not working after a Failover
joselito_kyle_l
Good day!
Our topology consists of two Zone Director 1200 : One as a primary and the other one as a secondary. Ive configured the smart redundancy in both controllers, making the primary active and secondary as a standby. We have wired aps, that are connected to the switch and also we have wireless aps that are configured as a mesh. When the primary is in active state, the mesh aps are connected to the root aps, and can be seen in the zone director, but whenever I test the smart redundancy feature, Only the root aps(wired) are the only ones who retains in the secondary controller, the mesh APs become disconnected and suddenly shows the Configure.Me SSID.
Btw our APS are T301 both for the wireless and wired. Thank you

If you have smart-redundancy(SR) setting, type ip for primary and secondary at Limited ZoneDirector Discovery config under Acees Point setting.
If it not exist, you will met failure at SR failover.

Go to the mesh AP CLI/SSH and give 'get director' command. It should list both the Zone Director's IP addresses.
If it doesn't then enable the limited zone director discovery and it will help.
